CVA Now in Spanish!

By Mary C. Frances, Executive Director and Senior Consultant

The FaithX Project is happy to announce that the popular Congregational Vitality Assessment is now available in a Spanish translation.

As you may recall, we spent much of the last year transitioning the CVA and related products to a new platform. We were unsure when we would be able to bring the Spanish version online, but technology continues to amaze us, and we were able to move on this much sooner than anticipated.

Spanish is the second most spoken language in the United States. Over 13% of the US population speaks Spanish in the home. More and more, judicatories are focusing on congregations using languages other than English, and we wanted to be able to support those ministries.

The Spanish translated Congregational Vitality Assessment is also available in the CVA Judicatory Platform. For those unfamiliar with the CVA-JP, it is a customized judicatory platform which allows judicatories to directly administer the CVA to their congregations, add judicatory-specific questions, get summarized results, and export them as infographic reports.

When accessing the CVA or CVA-JP, simply click on the flag in the upper left corner to choose English or Spanish – and there you go. It’s that simple and applies to all the pages in the related CVA suite of products.

As always, we invite (and incorporate) user feedback to continuously improve the CVA. So, if you notice any mistranslations or have recommendations to improve the CVA itself, we encourage you to contact us at info@faithx.net.
