The Judicatory Vitality Assessment (JVA) may be exactly what you need.
The Judicatory Vitality Assessment (JVA) is the first and only research-based, online diagnostic tool for assessing the vitality and sustainability of dioceses, presbyteries, synods, and other judicatories.
The JVA will help your diocese:
