    • Diocese trained in Vitality Improvement Team selection
    • Diocese provided with and trained on MapDash for Faith Communities and Congregational Vitality Assessment Judicatory Platform
    • Parish recruitment, application and selection process
    • Parish VIP team orientation
    • Diocesan VIP teams administer and review results of the Judicatory Vitality Assessment
    • Diocesan and Parish VIP teams work through initial missional assessment and planning sessions

Year 2

    • Learning Conference
    • Congregational mission plan full implementation with goals for vitality/sustainability improvement plans
    • Mid-Year Check In and Adjustment
