Are you a judicatory leader? Would like to find away access valuable congregational vitality and sustainability services and resources at a significant discount? If so, read on…
In 2022 FaithX tried something new: Judicatory Partnership with the Episcopal Diocese of Maryland.
Why Maryland? Because the diocese was our first and longest client, a relationship that started in 2016. In a sense we were already partners in all but name, having mutually benefited from a number of shared projects. When FaithX and Datastory banded together to design MapDash for Faith Communities, Maryland volunteered a dozen of its congregations to help us determine the content and text version Alpha-0.1. When we beta-tested the online Congregational Vitality Assessment, they were first in line to help. So we decided to become partners officially…yet another first.
The terms of the partnership were very simple:
The Diocese agreed to make FaithX a recommended provider, to refer FaithX to their congregations and other subsidiary organizations as they deemed appropriate and at their discretion, and to allow FaithX to list them as a partner judicatory (with logo and link) on the FaithX website.
In return, FaithX agreed to offer the diocese, its congregations, and subsidiary organizations a discount on all of its products and services, and allow the diocese to list FaithX as a partner organization (with logo and link) on the diocesan website (with logo and link). The first year discount was 5% (with a 10% percent discount in quantity). From the 2nd year on they received a 10% discount on everything, regardless of quantity, saving them several thousands of dollars over the years. And FaithX got a satisfied and long-lasting client.
In fact, it has been so mutually beneficial to both the diocese and FaithX that we recently decided to offer the same partnership discount to any judicatory willing to agree to the terms described above.
