Rev. Katie Romano Griffin serves an adjunct consultant, working as needed to help congregational leaders interpret Neighborhood Missional Intelligence Report. Katie also advises FaithX on marketing and Latinx/Hispanic issues.

In her day job, Katie serves as the associate minister at Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalist Church, in Bethesda, Maryland. Prior to entering ministry she had a rich career as the co-owner of a PR and Marketing firm that consulted with religious leaders and organizations.
