- Coaching, consulting, and conferences nationwide
- Additional services and ministries within the local Metro D.C. region
- Coaching scholarship fund for smaller congregations

We work with faith-based communities and organization to help them achieve strategic changes during times of leadership transition. We can help guide faith communities through both traditional and search-in-place leadership transitions. We can also provide interim pastoral ministry.
Visioning and Strategic Modeling
We work with leaders and leadership bodies to develop a clear and strategic organizational vision (what we call their Minimum Viable Belief), along with a supportive “business” model, that will allow their communities, organizations, and people to become more focused, self-guiding, and effective in support of overarching goals.
Startup and Turnaround Consulting
We provide consultation on developing new faith communities or ministries, revitalizing those that have plateaued or are in decline, or courageously and pastorally closing those which have become unsustainable.

Coaching Scholarship Fund
Recognizing that many leaders of smaller and/or independent congregations have extremely limited continuing education budgets or financial coaching assistance from their diocese or other adjudicatory, our board of directors have established the FaithX Coaching Scholarship Fund. Faith leaders who qualify receive a partial scholarship that brings their cost for coaching down to $95 per session (subjection to availability of funds).
Here’s how it works:
To request a coaching scholarship. Faith leaders in need of scholarship assistance should contact Ken Howard at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain their situation.
To support the coaching scholarship fund. Individuals and groups can make tax deductible donations to support the scholarship fund. A $100 recurring monthly donation enables a partial scholarship for 12 monthly sessions of coaching for one faith leader. Donate one of two ways:
- General support. Toward scholarships for any who need them.
- Designated support. Toward a scholarship for the faith leader position at your faith community.
