We specialize in coaching ministry developers and redevelopers, and leaders of fresh expressions ministries. Our leader coaching is designed to them become more effective at guiding their communities and organizations through uncertain times. We offer individual and group coaching in person (local) or by videoconference (nationwide). (click for more info). Church Planter Assessment
We work with dioceses and other adjudicatories to assess potential candidates for starting or redeveloping churches.
We work with faith-based communities and organization to help them achieve strategic changes during times of leadership transition. We can help guide faith communities through both traditional and search-in-place leadership transitions. We can also provide interim pastoral ministry.
Visioning and Strategic Modeling
We work with leaders and leadership bodies to develop a clear and strategic organizational vision (what we call their Minimum Viable Belief), along with a supportive “business” model, that will allow their communities, organizations, and people to become more focused, self-guiding, and effective in support of overarching goals.
Startup and Turnaround Consulting
We provide consultation on developing new faith communities or ministries, revitalizing those that have plateaued or are in decline, or courageously and pastorally closing those which have become unsustainable.
